Plan on two to four hours a month for sessions and the work between them. Full Membership members typically finish the core build — direction map, CV, LinkedIn, interview prep — within four to six weeks. 

The Portal is our featured, employer-facing showcase — partner employers browse it and express interest in candidates directly. The Pool is our wider internal database: you're visible to our team when we're matching roles, but not featured to employers. Portal placement is a membership benefit.
