Plan on two to four hours a month for sessions and the work between them. Full Membership members typically finish the core build — direction map, CV, LinkedIn, interview prep — within four to six weeks. 

Starter gives you structure, templates, and a monthly session to keep you accountable — you do the building. Full Membership is done with you: your Navigator rewrites your materials, runs the mock interviews, and builds the search strategy alongside you.
